Mindfulness is a proven way to combat stress
There is strong scientific evidence that one of the most useful techniques for dealing with stress in the workplace is the practice of Mindfulness.
According to the Health and Safety Executive, stress (which includes work related stress) can be a significant cause of illness and is linked with high levels of sickness absence and staff turnover. Work related stress is widespread and is not confined to particular sectors, jobs or industries.
Essentially, Mindfulness is about becoming aware of, and focusing on, the here and now. It is about putting aside worries about the future and the past and experiencing the present moment on a completely different level. Mindfulness can be used to effectively treat a number of conditions, such as anxiety, stress, depression and chronic pain. It can also be used to enhance creativity and productivity.
The NHS recommends mindfulness as an important technique to improve mental wellbeing.
Our unique Mindfulness sessions are led by an expert Mindfulness and NLP practitioner
Our unique mindfulness sessions combine some of the traditional exercises of Mindfulness, such as the Body Scan and Mindful Breathing, with powerful NLP techniques. Participants will leave with a variety of powerful practices that they can apply at work (and home) to become stress free, motivated and productive.
Our Mindfulness sessions are led by Alex, who a qualified practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy, as well as being well versed in the practice of Mindfulness.
Alex travels all over the world to help people and organisations achieve their potential, ranging from working with a Premier League football team to enhancing the effectiveness of sales teams.
