We initially delivered this “game show” style of experience as a surprise dinner activity. We instantly noticed how tables and sometimes the entire room, would instantaneously sing together as the hit songs were played by our live DJ.
This gave us the inspiration to develop this experience as an engaging, fun-filled event that goes beyond the traditional conference icebreaker, energiser or finale. Here’s why hosting a music bingo session can transform your team’s dynamic and create lasting connections.
What is Music bingo?
Each participant has a unique bingo card but instead of the traditional numbers…there are song titles. Our DJ plays short blasts of songs and if you know them, then you mark it off on your card to get a line, full house etc.

Throughout these sessions, colleagues get to learn about each other’s musical preferences—whether it’s classic rock, ’90s pop, indie gems, or guilty pleasures. Your room will instantly look different. With DJ booth, moving disco lights and room uplighters, very energetic hosts and even added dancers for larger groups.

To keep the energy high, we’ve added exciting quiz rounds that test not just musical knowledge but also quick thinking and collaboration. These rounds encourage teamwork as colleagues discuss and debate answers, highlighting different strengths within the group.
Physical Challenges for Laughter and Energy
For those who love a bit of action, our physical challenges bring the fun off the bingo cards. Whether it’s a quirky dance-off, a spontaneous lip syncing round or entire tables playing kazoo’s…these activities are hilarious highlights.
Time permitting, we also add some live musicians, and some special participants even might get to play a real drum kit!
